1. Please fill out the enclosed return form and place it inside the return package. If you cannot find the return form, you can download it HERE.
When returning an item, you may reuse the bag it was originally sent in.
2. All items must be returned unused, with price tags attached and in their original packaging.

RETURNS
We gladly accept returns on both new arrivals and sale items and offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your package.
Returns are made easy through our DPD online return portal.
How to return
4. Once we have received and approved the returned item(s), you will receive a refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.
5. The return shipping fee of £6 will automatically be deducted from your refund.
6. The item(s) remain your responsibility until they have been delivered to our warehouse. For your own security, we recommend keeping your shipping receipt with the tracking number until your refund has been completed.
Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order for the correct item.
